Getting started with virblatt

We launched a new brand – virblatt since the beginning of this year. We would like to take advantage of this opportunity and get even deeper into our value chain. Currently, virblatt manufactures its alternative clothing in small family factories in Northern Thailand and Nepal. We always pay attention to fair working conditions and work with our suppliers on an equal footing. We got a sense of how things work behind the scenes in four face-to-face discussions with individual employees. Producers do not meet our standards are either encouraged to improve or lose the opportunity to cooperate with us.

Alternative clothing means even more to us. In the coming months we want to increase the use of sustainable materials such as bamboo and hemp in our new collections. We are convinced of the advantages of these materials and we are currently in the testing phase. Of course it is important that our products have the same high quality as before. We however have to be convinced that our requirements and that of our customers are met.
